Water-Cooled And Dry Exhaust System Solutions

We specialise in water cooled and dry exhaust systems and offer market leading aftertreatment solutions, including DPF and SCR packages for reducing soot and NOx emissions. These solutions support IMO Tier III compliance as part of a certified engine package. For environmental reasons, a DPF can also be installed solely to eliminate soot or as part of an SCR system for NOx reduction. Both systems are available for legacy or modern engines.

With in-house design and manufacturing, we have complete control over the entire process for our exhaust systems and components.

Designed For Marine Standards

With our extensive market experience, Halyard designs and manufactures products that meet Marine Classification Society rules and LYC and PYC regulations. Our composite, rubber, and silicone components are Lloyd’s type approved, and all Halyard products are produced in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

We offer a broad range of standard and bespoke components, all designed and manufactured by our in-house teams. Our supply covers everything from complete exhaust systems to individual parts.
