We manufacture exhaust dry sections, silencers and water injection spray rings from specialist corrosion resistant alloys and stainless steels.
Specialist GRP silencers and separators are constructed from filament wound composite tube and bespoke exhaust hoses and bellows are made of either nitrile rubber or silicone, depending on requirement and to Lloyd’s approved construction methodologies.
All Halyard components are produced following ISO 9001:2015 processes and ensuring Classification Society compliance as required.


Metal Fabrication

Halyard have been fabricating bespoke frameworks and piping systems to complex geometries and from high-grade Stainless-Steel alloys for many years.

We have full service Sheet Metal, Fabrication and TIG welding shops staffed by experienced employees allowing us to manufacture the majority of components in house. For processes we cannot complete in our factory we have long standing arrangements with trusted partners to ensure we can meet our customer’s needs.

Silicone Manufacture

Halyard have been manufacturing rubber and silicone hose, bellows and connectors for over 30 years and specialises in fast turnaround made to order components.

We have significant experience of working to rigorous specifications. We hold Lloyds Register type approval for marine exhaust hose and silicone products, and often work to BS5122 (1986) for railway low and medium pressure saturated steam, as well as customers own, very stringent requirements.
