Consultation
A consultation with Halyard covers all your logistical requirements from identification of detail system technical specifications to design, delivery, installation, and launch schedules. Design
Our design phase covers a wide range of areas, from back pressures and safety considerations to water injection spray ring design and positioning, and bypasses where below-water outlets are involved. The design process picks up where the consultation left off. Our team continue to liaise with the client while completing all professional yacht services that fall in line with requirements established during the consultation. This process concludes with an agreement of the initial system layout, which is a key gateway in the entire process.
Manufacture
The next step is to manufacture based on the approved system design. Halyard has many years’ experience manufacturing bespoke frameworks and piping systems to complex geometries using high-grade stainless-steel alloys. Our facilities include full-service sheet metal, fabrication, and TIG welding shops and our team are capable of providing professional yacht services to tackle any request. All components are produced by us following ISO 9001:2015 processes and ensuring Classification Society compliance as required.
Support
Once we’ve manufactured your components, we don’t simply walk away. At Halyard, we provide full aftermarket support, from email and telephone technical support to drawing archives giving us immediate access to manufacture bespoke components. We can also provide you with field support and consultation services as required, such as sea trials and commissioning.
