This site is undergoing changes. The audio files and CDs are no longer distributed.
If you want copies of the CDs, please find someone that has them and make copies for yourself.
The audio files on the CDs may still be distributed as they are owned by David Hogan,
but the CD images and HTML on the CDs should not be distributed any longer.
